ANAMADIM is a one-man, instrumental electronic music project created by the graphic artist Javier M.N. best known as Yugao(a nome de guerre)in the nowadays EBM Industrial scene.
ANAMADIM: The goddess of anorexia is the name chosen for this evil, yet haunting dark-electro-twisted-with-trance project. Yugao thinks this name fits perfectly with the spirit of the music.
The music of ANAMADIM combines elements of dark electro, trance, industrial, darkwave -and even some symphonic elements borrowed from black metal/videogame scores- to create disctintive and powerful dancefloor sounds.
ANAMADIM has achieved great reputation in the underground due to its destructive, yet melodic hardfloor sound. Remixes for nowadays bands like ADAM KULT, STAHLNEBEL VS BLACK SELKET, MENSCHDEFEKT or SUBLAGRIMAL have really put the music project into the eye of several DJS/webzines in worlwide.
The track Momentos de Nostalgia is, probably, his best known track, and a dancefloor favorite indeed, as well as the collaboration track Armageddon, featuring on vocals Fredrik Croona, of MENSCHDEFEKT.
Besides remixing, ANAMADIM has done collaborations with great vocalists, like Fredrik Croona of MENSCHDEFEKT, and Ralph Neuhaus of STAHLNEBEL.
Nowadays, Anamadim´s introduce its premiere EP (free download) DYMPHNE SANCTIS.
