:News: The Perfects release Girls That Dance Single

On Tuesday, April 19, 2011, Baltimore based synth rock band The Perfects will release their newest single “Girls That Dance”.   The single will be available on all major digital download sites via Interscope Digital Distribution.  The Perfects have also announced that their sophomore album entitled Many Nights will be released sometime this summer.

Listeners familiar with The Perfects’ 2009 release Future Automatic may think you know what to expect from “Girls That Dance”, but you will be pleasantly surprised.  The obvious 80s new wave inspirations are evident, but there has been a noticeable evolution in sound that has taken place.  Ric Peters’s voice is penetrating and accented well by the music.

On Tuesday, it is highly recommended that you get this release in the best format you can.
