World Wide Electronics was gathered by Suicide Commando’s own Johan Von Roy. The title of this compilation is not an exaggeration. Johan Von Roy has searched the globe to bring this Harsh Electro audio candy to you. I should make it clear that even just saying Harsh Electro does not sum the entire album up. The diverse acts really run the gamut, all the while maintaining that stomping assault that you would expect from anything with Suicide Commando’s hand in it. You even have three tracks that SC contributes on.

French act Asphyxia starts the album off with “I know you hate me” at a good intro bpm with haunted synths wailing and serpent vocals slither to and fro. Betamorphose (formerly Nurzery[rhymes]) steps up to the plate next and from there on, your head get kicks in as you are dared to get on the dancefloor. Mexican aggrotech C-Lekktor continues the with a a cement boot stomping as distortion synths scream like metal machines striking away. All three tracks that include Suicide Commando give what you expect, if not maybe more fire breather’s on the dancefloor. Each track scorches along, furious in from beginning to end. Controlled Collapse, from Poland, delves with a slower tempo and has an almost Cold Wave delivery in vocals. The exception being the vocoder chorus line that would make Rudy Ratzinger proud. I really love this track and covet more of them. Spanish act Terrolokaust switches vocal style with a cross of aggotech meshed with industrial rock. The beat never ceases so just expect a little more hip swing. From Australia, vProject ressurects NUMB with an even older EBM styles. The wall of sounds brings it into the 21 st century though. Ginger Snap5, well, wow. Symphonic at times and vocals that sit on the brink of synthpop, yet fits perfect on this compilation. Slams you in the face and it never felt so good. From what I can gather, they have yet to have a full length album and I advocate one, soon (if I am wrong, I want)! The compilation continues after this with the aggressive vocals, the expected thumbing and earth breaking beats and it is all good. Breathe ends the compilation in a similar way that Asphxia started it. The speed decreases but the rifle percussion and chorus still gets you on the dancefloor.
