Since 1979 The Animal Legal Defense Fund have been fighting for animal rights, domestic and wild, by working to improve and expand laws protecting animals and to help make penalties against animal abusers much tougher. In association with Crunch Pod, the electronic music label founded by Ben Arp, comes the compilation album Justicia Pro Bestia containing 24 previously unreleased songs and/or remixes from an exceptionally diverse group of artists from across the spectrum of electronic music.

Monday, July 25th, COMA Music Magazine will be releasing the second volume of its GCS Compilation series. This time out, we are offering 17 songs and over 70 minutes of music. Well known genre act such as Attrition, Ben Arp, The Gothsicles and Inertia are joined by up and coming artist like Red This Ever, Severed, Microwaved and more.

Throughout much of the United States animals have about as many rights as a piece of furniture. There are more laws protecting your car then there are for animals. They are considered nothing more than “property†and do not deserve any rights. People who abuse them usually get little to no punishment for the suffering they cause.  It’s time for that to change. Follow the rivethead! It was through trailing a man dressed in cyber punk inspired fashion in broad daylight that my traveling companion and I were able to find the Cameo Theater in downtown Orlando. I also spotted one of the industrial acts, Battle Day, and their so-called “Battle Van†in the parking lot so I knew we were in the vicinity of the site for the full-day event of the Florida Underground Industrial Music Festival (FUIMF) 2011.
