As we arrived we went to walk around the stalls in the newly opened large area dedicated to all the clothes and accessories stalls selling their wares; plus bands merchandise and photography stalls for everybody to have their professional pictures taken, tables and chairs to rest and chat for a while. Digital Glitch #36
Aired: March 20, 2012

Here we are with Digital Glitch: Episode 36! Let me tell you this mix had a great selection of new tracks and artists in it. Considering the last couple weeks have been tame to none with the releases and new tracks, this week finally picked up where the last couple have been weak! Releasing some new flavor into the world by Stromkern, Die Sektor and Wumpscut. Introducing some new acts to the scene or maybe at least to your ears with new music from Of These Hope, Cliff Lin and Cuttoff:Sky. And have you heard now that employers are asking new employees for facebook paswords? If you haven’t, let me tell you I have something to say about it!
This mix was a ton of fun, and so much new music for you to experience and piss off the neighbors! So Grab this episode, crank the speakers and get ready to have the cops be called to your house. This is not music you can listen to at a low level, so there will definitely be some noise pollution! Oh yes!

Electronic Substance Abuse (ESA)Â returns in 2012 with Themes of Carnal Empowerment. Slated to be released in two parts, March 13 brought us Part 1: Lust and it is aptly named because this album makes me seriously happy in my pants. The brainchild of Jamie Blacker, ESA is known for playing fast and loose with genre, and this release is no exception! Wildly varied, deeply layered, and expertly mastered by Yann Faussurier (Iszoloscope/iVardensphere), Lust offers something for all manner of electronic music junkies while delivering a completely addictive listening experience. Well, there have been a few really kickfuckingass albums this year. Lots of established artists bringing out new material, and a few new turks making their presence known. If I had to choose the albums that did it for me though this year, it would have to be Surgyn’s “Vanity†and KMFDM’s WTF! (more…)

iVardensphere – APOK
Released: November 8, 2011
Label: Metropolis Records

Review by: Neska Lapicki
So I’ve been driving around my city for the last couple weeks, blasting APOK and feeling invincible. I’m pretty sure there aren’t really enough adjectives in the English language to adequately describe how amazing this album is, so I apologize in advance if I repeat myself a little. APOK is iVardensphere’s third full studio release and an absolute game changer. True to form, the one thing you can expect is to not know what to expect. Full of surprises, collaborations, lyrics, and a fearless forward motion, APOK is a shining testament to a band who has fully hit the ground running. (more…)
