Last year Chris DeMarcus and Kerry Alexis Peterson along with Galen Whalin and Craig Jensen dropped their machine rock debut on WTII records with America Bleeding. A heavy record with more akin to the metal side of the industrial coin than the electronic side, but a killer slab of coldwave none the less and a perfect compliment to anyone’s music collection. :Music News: WTII Records Release Sampler and Announce Spring Releases
The Chicago based label that has risen like a phoenix from the ashes of the defunct Wax Trax Records, has announced the release of a free Spring sampler.  The sampler contains twelve tracks, all of which are exclusive remixes, unreleased demo versions or new tracks from an upcoming album.
The comp provides the first glimpse at the upcoming releases from: Stromkern, Dead on TV, Rein[Forced], Am.Psych and SMP due out this spring. The remixes from Trigger 10d, Method Cell, Stiff Valentine, The Gothsicles, Lowe, Klutae and The Qualia are all new as well. In association with Crunch Pod, the electronic music label founded by Ben Arp, comes the compilation album Justicia Pro Bestia containing 24 previously unreleased songs and/or remixes from an exceptionally diverse group of artists from across the spectrum of electronic music.

Far too often a remix album is comprised of a few select tracks remixed repeatedly, with an obvious lean toward the dance floor. Not so, here. Rather than a series of oontzy beats and extended club versions, An Alternative Solution is exactly that, offering up the same 11 tracks in the same order as A Perfect Solution with each remixed by a different artist.
