Fans of Vomito Negro this week where treated to a tid-bit of news on forthcoming new material. The band released a picture on their Facebook page of front man and mastermind behind the band, Gin Devo, in the studio with a simple caption that read “Gin Devo in the studio working on Fall of an Empire”

New York based tribal industrial act Neikka RPM gave the strongest hint that an announcement would be made imminently about their forthcoming album. They published a message on their Facebook page which stated “new album by Neikka RPM now being mastered” Expect an announcement from their label Alfa Matrix very shortly!

Harsh EBM act Grendel where announced as the final act to join the line up of Resistanz festival 2012, Sheffield UK, 7th, 8th of April. They join an already extremely strong line-up, which includes Icon Of Coil, Rotersand, Nachtmahr, Soman and more. It will also feature premiere European shows for W.A.S.T.E and Studio X. Industrial noise act Caustic released details about the forthcoming single ‘White Knuckle Head Fuck’, which is lifted from their Metropolis Records debut album ‘The Golden Vagina of Fame and Profit’. The single will be released on November 22nd and include seven tracks, with remixes by Aesthetic Perfection, Klutae and Fabrikc.

Lots of bands this week where added to the Kinetik Festival 2012, Montreal, 17th-20th of May line-up. Those added where Noisex, Blutengal, Grendel, Nachtmahr, Miss Construction, Cenobita, C-Lekktor, E-Craft, FGFC 820, Ad.Ver.Sary and The Gothsicles. For more information please visit their website.

Manufactura side-project Broken Fabiola announced the release of the album She Runs Towards Perdition, released through Auricle Media. The tracks on this album where originally released in 2004 as a limited edition of 50 copies titled S.H_E. and in 3″ in Mini CDR format. The tracks have been re-mastered and re-edited for this release, and also includes rare and unreleased tracks from 2003-2011.

In honour of the Occupy Wall Street demonstrations, Industrial rockers KMFDM have re-recorded with new lyrics and partially renamed their 1993 single ‘A Drug Against War’ to ‘A Drug Against Wall Street’. The single is available as a free download from their website.
